Restaurant Policies
Do you take reservations?
FireWorks does not take reservations, but we do offer call-ahead seating—just give us a call as you head in to lessen your wait time. For larger groups, private dining options are available with advance coordination.
Do you host private events?
Yes! FireWorks offers private dining for all kinds of gatherings. To get started, fill out our Private Dining Request Form or email us at eventcoordinator@telesis-inc.com. We recommend reaching out at least two weeks in advance so we can make sure everything’s set for your event.
Where can I submit a donation request?
We’re proud to support causes that strengthen our community. To submit a request, please fill out our online form. We ask that you do so at least four weeks in advance. While we’re not able to accommodate every request, we truly value the opportunity to give back where we can.
Do you offer takeout or delivery?
Yes, you can call in your order, stop by, or order online for a curbside pickup. We don’t currently offer delivery, but we’ll have your order packed up and ready to go when you arrive. Simply park on the north side of the building, you’ll see takeout stalls available and we will bring it out to you. Or you can choose to pick up your order at the host stand.
Can I bring my dog?
All service animals are allowed according to ADA guidelines. Dogs are also allowed on the patio as well. We ask they remained leashed.
Our Menu
What dishes are you best known for?
FireWorks is known for bold, from-scratch flavor with a wood-fired twist. Fan favorites include hickory-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken, and our signature rotisserie prime rib. Our handcrafted pizzas bring the heat too, baked to order with scratch-made dough in our own wood-fired oven. And for dessert? Don’t forget about our legendary Cola Cake.
What beers do you have on tap?
We proudly serve craft beer from Empyrean Brewing Co., Nebraska’s oldest independently owned craft brewery, founded in Lincoln in 1990. With a range of rotating and year-round offerings, there’s something for every beer lover. Burning Skye Scottish Ale, in particular, pairs perfectly with our wood-fired and smoked flavors.
What are your daily soups?
We serve our signature Prime Rib Potato Stew every day, along with a rotating selection of house-made soups:
-
Monday: Butternut Squash
-
Tuesday: Red Pepper Bisque
-
Wednesday: Potato Leek & Honey Ham
-
Friday: Shrimp & Corn Chowder
-
Saturday: Carrot Jalapeño
-
Sunday: Cauliflower Gorgonzola
Looking for something extra? French Onion Soup is also available every day as an add-on or upgrade to your meal.
(Soup offerings may vary—call ahead if you’re looking for a specific favorite!)
How is your food prepared?
We’re a from-scratch kitchen—nearly everything on our menu is made fresh in-house, from marinades and dressings to sauces and sides. Our entrées are cooked to order and grilled over a live hickory fire for bold, smoky flavor.
In addition to our wood-fired grill, we also cook with a wood-fired oven and a wood-fired rotisserie. It’s how we get those deep, layered flavors—and why we’re called FireWorks. We work with fire, and fire works for us.
Can I eat at FireWorks if I have special dietary needs?
Yes! FireWorks offers a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. Just ask your server or check out our allergen and gluten free menus. Our team is trained to handle dietary preferences with care, and we always do our best to accommodate requests safely and accurately.
